We try our best to satisfy our customers and their needs. We offer a no-hassle full money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. We have a grace period for refunds, so you can try out the service and see if it's a good fit for you.

Refund requirements:
  • Monthly: One week within purchase date (7 days)
  • Yearly: One month within purchase date (30 days)

We know things happen, so we won't ask why you want a refund but will honor your request. If you would like a refund, please email us at support@splitmyexpenses.com. We will process refunds as quick as we can, within 5 business days. If you would like to resume your subscription at a later date, you can always do so in the Billing portal on your account.
